What is FlowSight?

FlowSight is a SaaS platform that connects to your Salesforce organizations, analyzes your Flows using AI models from OpenAI, and generates clear, business-friendly documentation. It helps Salesforce administrators and developers understand complex automation by translating technical Flow metadata into plain English explanations.

How does FlowSight integrate with Salesforce?

FlowSight uses OAuth 2.0 to securely connect to your Salesforce orgs with read-only access. Once connected, it fetches Flow metadata via the Salesforce Tooling API. FlowSight cannot create, modify, or delete data — it only reads Flow definitions to generate documentation.

Can I connect multiple Salesforce orgs?

Yes. FlowSight supports multi-org connections, including production, sandbox, and developer environments. The number of orgs depends on your subscription plan — from 1 in Demo up to unlimited in Enterprise. All are managed from a single dashboard.

What's the difference between Quick Overview and Blueprints?

Quick Overview: A brief summary of what the Flow does — ideal for fast insights and free (unlimited) on all plans.
Blueprints: Comprehensive AI-generated documentation in three tiers (Standard, Enhanced, Max) with increasing depth and detail. Blueprint limits depend on your subscription plan.

Billing & Plans

How does billing work?

FlowSight uses monthly subscription billing powered by Stripe. You are billed on the same day each month based on your start date. Usage limits reset at each renewal. We use non-prorated billing for fairness and simplicity.

What happens if I upgrade my plan mid-month?

Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to higher-tier features. Under our non-prorated policy, the full new plan rate applies, and the previous plan charge is not refunded.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. You keep full access until your subscription renews or expires. No refunds are issued for unused time.

Can I get a refund?

All subscription charges are final. Exceptions may be made for billing errors or verified technical issues. For help, contact info@flowsight.dev.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! The Demo plan is free with no credit card required. You can connect one Salesforce org and generate unlimited Quick Overviews to explore your Flows.

Security & Privacy

Is my Salesforce data safe?

Yes. FlowSight uses enterprise-grade security practices: read-only Salesforce access, secure OAuth authentication, encryption at rest and in transit, and automatic sanitization of personally identifiable information before AI processing.

How long is my data stored?

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide service. Account data persists while active, OAuth tokens are deleted when disconnected, cached explanations expire automatically, and logs are cleared after 90 days.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. FlowSight never sells or shares your data for marketing. We only work with trusted partners such as OpenAI (AI processing) and Stripe (billing), all of which comply with strict privacy standards.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can disconnect your Salesforce orgs at any time, which immediately deletes associated tokens. You can also request complete data deletion by contacting info@flowsight.dev.

Product Use

What are blueprints?

Blueprints are comprehensive AI-generated documentation reports that explain your Salesforce Flows in plain language. They include narrative summaries, logic analysis, decision paths, and recommendations to make complex automations easy to understand.

How long do blueprints stay cached?

Blueprints are securely stored for reuse, while temporary cache entries expire automatically after a short retention period. Regenerate a blueprint anytime to reflect recent Flow changes.

Can I export my reports?

Yes. FlowSight supports unlimited exports in HTML, Markdown, and PDF formats on all plans.

Are AI explanations always accurate?

AI-generated explanations are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. They are designed to assist, not replace, human review or Salesforce best practices.
