Terms of Service

Your rights and responsibilities when using FlowSight

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and FlowSight LLC ("FlowSight," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the FlowSight platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using FlowSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. FlowSight reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Service Description

FlowSight is a SaaS platform that connects securely to your Salesforce organizations using OAuth 2.0 authentication. The Service retrieves Salesforce Flow metadata via the Salesforce Tooling API (read-only access) and generates AI-powered explanations and documentation reports in formats such as HTML, Markdown, and PDF.

FlowSight uses AI models from OpenAI or equivalent providers to produce human-readable documentation of your Salesforce automations. Cached explanations are temporarily stored to improve performance.

FlowSight only requests read-only access to your Salesforce metadata and does not modify, create, or delete any records in your Salesforce organizations.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

To use FlowSight, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information (email, name, company).
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or abuse the Service. FlowSight may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

3.1 Pricing Tiers

FlowSight offers several subscription plans (e.g., Demo, Solo, Pro, Team, Enterprise), each with specific usage limits. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page.

3.2 Billing & Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe on the anniversary of your start date.
  • Payments are processed automatically using your saved payment method.
  • Usage limits reset on your billing date.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Plan Changes & Non-Prorated Billing

All plan changes follow a non-prorated billing policy:

  • Upgrades: Apply immediately with instant access to new features. Usage limits reset. No refunds for unused time on prior plan.
  • Downgrades: Scheduled for the end of your billing period. Current plan access continues until renewal. Plan changes are locked until period end.
  • Cancellations: Effective at period end. Full access remains until expiration. No partial refunds for unused time.

3.4 Refunds

All charges are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds are offered for plan changes, downgrades, or cancellations. Exceptions may be made for billing errors or verified technical failures.

For billing questions, contact info@flowsight.dev.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security protections.
  • Share account access with unauthorized users.
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass plan restrictions.
  • Use the Service to compete with FlowSight or replicate its functionality.
  • Scrape or extract data from the Service.
  • Overload or abuse system resources.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

FlowSight's explanations are generated using large-language-model (LLM) providers such as OpenAI. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors or omissions.
  • AI outputs are for documentation and analysis only and do not constitute professional advice.
  • Cached explanations may not reflect recent changes until regeneration.
  • Personally identifiable information (PII) is sanitized before processing, but you should avoid including sensitive data in Flow names or descriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 FlowSight Ownership

FlowSight retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant no license to FlowSight's intellectual property except as expressly stated.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your Salesforce metadata and any content you provide. By using FlowSight, you grant a limited, revocable license to:

  • Access your Salesforce metadata via the Tooling API (read-only).
  • Process metadata through AI models to generate explanations.
  • Cache and display your Flow documentation for your use.

This license ends when you delete your account or disconnect your Salesforce organization.

You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at period end. No refunds for early termination. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for compliance.

11. Modifications to the Service

FlowSight may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Major pricing or feature changes will be communicated in advance where possible. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
